Eleonora graduated from the Universita’ Cattolica of Milan in 1999 with a thesis dissertation in Commercial Criminal Law. She has been qualified to practice law since 2002 and has been a Supreme Court lawyer since 2016.
In 2008, she began working with the Zingari & Associati Law Firm, of which she became a partner in 2011, to then join Franzosi Dal Negro Setti in the Corporate and Business Law department. She later left the firm to join Lexsential as a partner.
Eleonora’s practice focuses mostly on corporate and commercial law, litigation and non-litigation, bankruptcy law and insolvency proceedings. More specifically, she deals with liability actions against directors and statutory auditors, revocatory actions, judgments opposing the state of liabilities and all possible insolvency solutions to the Business Crisis, such as composition with creditors and bankruptcy and debt restructuring. She has been appointed as a lawyer in some insolvency proceedings.
Eleonora holds positions as external member of Supervisory Bodies established on the basis of Legislative Decree 231/2001 of some important companies and of the Business Crisis Commission established at the Order of Accountants of Milan. She also boasts publications in the SAF Notebooks – School of Higher Education – on the subject of composition with creditors and obligations of liquidators in composition with creditors in collaboration with Mr. Gianpiero Zingari.
