Vincenzo’s activity is primarily focused on the field of industrial and intellectual property, which he has been practicing since the beginning of his career and, today, to the highest levels.
In 1994, he joined the firm of Prof. Franzosi, a European leader in intellectual property law, becoming a partner in 2000. He then ended his experience in that firm as Managing Partner.
He deals with litigation and consultancy in the fields of patents, trademarks, designs, copyright (also relating to the protection of software and apps), unfair competition, advertising and contracts relating to the protection of technology and innovative solutions.
He is the author of numerous publications on intellectual property law published in Italy and abroad and collaborates regularly with the newspaper ‘ItaliaOggi’ and the weekly ‘ItaliaOggiSette’. His professional experience also includes significant academic activity in Italy and abroad, as well as having been a speaker at national and international conferences.
He is an honorary member of the Center for International Legal Studies in Salzburg and of the international organisations for Intellectual Property Lawyers LES (Licensing Executive Society) Italia and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
Vincenzo is intensively active at conferences and as a publicist. Among his numerous publications, he was involved, as the sole Italian author in a team composed of the most respected lawyers specialising in patent litigation in twenty-one industrialised countries (including Italy), to draft the work “Global Patent Litigation How and Where to Win”, 2023 Bloomberg edition.
