Vincenzo has been a member of the Bar Association since 2002 and authorised to represent clients before the Supreme Court since 2015. From 2001, he was a member of – and later a partner in – Prof. Franzosi’s firm, a firm specialised and renown in intellectual property.
Vincenzo has gained considerable experience in intellectual property matters, establishing himself both as a litigator before national and European jurisdictions and in out-of-court management of disputes, in anti-counterfeiting practice, in contractual negotiation and in assisting inventors to enhance the added value and defence of the results of their activity.
He assists clients in patent, trade secret, trade mark, geographical indications, design, software, advertising and competition matters.
Not only is he often invited as a speaker or lecturer at conferences and seminars, he is also the author of articles, publications and one of the first commentaries to the Industrial Property Code.
He collaborates with the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Parma and is a lecturer for Convey in the Preparatory Course for Patent Attorneys.
