Stefano assists domestic and foreign clients in the areas of commercial, corporate and international law, addressing issues in both extrajudicial and judicial contexts.
Among other things, he is an expert in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and contracts necessary for internationalisation processes, extraordinary corporate transactions, restructuring and liquidation processes and liability profiles of directors and auditors.
In the area of civil liability, Stefano deals with damage from banking and financial intermediation, product liability, contractual and extra-contractual liability.
As a board member, he holds positions on the governing bodies of innovative start-ups. He was a member, for many years, of the Ethics Committee of a major hospital group.
He previously held positions as a board member of an international association of lawyers (ABL-Alliance of Business Lawyers).
He is one of the founders of an international association established in 2021, “Global Sports Law Group”, which comprises a number of international law firms specialised in corporate sports law, with offices in Argentina, Brazil, France, Portugal, Mexico, Spain, the United States and Uruguay.
Stefano is also vice president of the charity “Alessandra per le Donne”.
