With the arrival of 13 attorneys, Lexsential gets a makeover and aims for the top spot in IP Law

Lexsential – the firm founded in 2021 by Stefano Candela, Pasquale Di Mino and Mino Pennetta, who were later joined by Ezio La Rosa, having offices in Milan, London and Madrid – is enriched with the entry of 13 lawyers who all come from a major independent Milanese firm. The Firm thus strengthens its presence in the business lawyer market by opening an industrial and intellectual property law practice.

Vincenzo Jandoli, Vincenzo Piccarreta, Agata Sobol and Gianpiero Zingari join Lexsential as equity partners along with Giuseppe Colica, Eleonora d’Orta and Agnieszka Janusz (salary partners), Gianluca Pojaghi (of counsel) and Sofia Bernardini, Costanza Brighi, Maria Magro, Andrea Mocchi Valdo, Dario Palmas who will collaborate as associates.

Vincenzo Jandoli takes over as Chairman and Stefano Candela as Managing Partner of the Firm’s Milan and Madrid offices, while Mino Pennetta will continue to lead the London office and the Firm’s banking & finance team.

«We all know each other and have worked together for a long time, building an excellent fellowship of high professionalism, thanks to which we are able to identify the most effective and creative solutions for the client» -comments Vincenzo Jandoli. «Our common training and experience in the field of industrial and intellectual property has allowed us to deal with several strategic sectors for the economy: from pharmaceuticals to fashion and luxury, from design to precision mechanics, from software and ‘new technologies’ to media, advertising, publishing and much more».

In addition to industrial and intellectual property, the incoming professionals at Lexsential will also enhance the Firm’s position in corporate and bankruptcy law, thanks to the team led by Gianpiero Zingari (partner).

Lexsential, with the addition of its new professionals, expands to encompass 11 partners, approximately 30 associates, along with paralegals and support staff, and adds–to its presence in Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain and the United States–a Polish desk which assists Polish clients with interests in the jurisdictions in which the Firm operates.

«Our clients are supporting us in this choice», says Stefano Candela, «and have welcomed it».

The IP practice assumes a key role in our service offerings, ranging from structured finance to corporate, M&A and restructuring, targeting large corporations, as well as small and medium-sized companies and high-growth start-ups and, in general, projects characterised by a highly innovative nature.

In the innovation market, patents and industrial property stand out as crucial assets that require significant attention and are inherently linked to a substantial team with profound expertise.

Lexsential, thanks to the arrival of the new world-class professionals, consolidates its client base and accelerates the expansion process, further propelled by the imminent arrival of young talents set to bolster the various teams.

The Firm, with this occasion, has revamped its image and brand by adopting a new logo and a new look for its website.
