Agnieszka is Polish, but has been living and working in Italy for many years.
She received her law degree from the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań, Poland and then from the Abat Oliba University of Barcelona, Spain.
She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2019.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Agnieszka worked at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Milan and in 2011, she was a candidate for the Polish Parliament elections.
Since 2004, she has been working at Italian law firms, first in Monza and then, since 2014, in Milan. These experiences have rendered her client approach a practical and flexible one, strongly oriented towards achieving the desired goal.
Agnieszka deals with civil and commercial law issues. In particular, she assists Polish companies entering the Italian market, their process of incorporation, represents them in legal disputes and drafts opinions and contracts.
Many of Agnieszka’s clients are in the logistics and transportation industry. In addition, Agnieszka assists her clients, including individuals, in compensation matters. She also had the opportunity to follow real estate operations.
In addition, she offers assistance to Italian companies operating in Poland. Agnieszka actively participates in various Italian-Polish initiatives at institutional and private levels, where she is often invited as a speaker.
She is also the author of several articles on the main issues of civil law.
She is a member and founder of one of the Polish business associations and a consultant for some other Polish business associations.
