Annie is a corporate paralegal with dual nationality (Italo-Irish), perfectly bilingual in Italian and English.
In 2021, she graduated in European Law from Maastricht University which offered her the possibility to get an insight into both the common and civil law systems.
She subsequently went on to study the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at City, University of London. In 2023, she obtained a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in London, alongside an LLM in business law for which she wrote a thesis on the effect of the Patent system on the progress of science within the UK.
She currently works in Lexsential’s London Office, in the banking and finance team.
She mostly deals with corporate and structured finance issues, predominantly cross-border.
