Antonio graduated from the University of Perugia and later attended the School of Specialisation for Legal Professions at Bocconi University.
Antonio provides consultancy in and out of court in the areas of civil, commercial, bankruptcy and business crisis law and has gained considerable experience in liability actions against directors, auditors and accountants, as well as in commercial litigation for contractual and non-contractual liability.
He also specialises in debt management with reference not only to monitoring, executive and emergency procedures, but also to contractual aspects, such as credit assignment, settlements, granting of bank and mortgage guarantees.
He further assists small and medium-sized companies, mainly with regard to contentious and non-contentious issues involving the supply of goods or services, sales networks and managing relationships with suppliers and customers.
