Celestino graduated in law in 2019 at the University of Milan-Bicocca with a thesis in IP law focusing on supplementary protection certificates.
While writing his thesis, he started working in the IP department of one of the so-called “Big Four” and later, in 2022, moved to a boutique law firm specialised in IP. In the same year, he was admitted to the Milan Bar Association.
Celestino joined Lexsential’s IP team as an Associate in 2024.
He assists the Firm’s clients in the protection of key intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, trade secrets and designs, both in litigation and out-of-court. His expertise focuses on fashion and automotive sectors.
With a passion for technology, he keeps abreast of legislative developments in the major technology sectors, including artificial intelligence, metaverse and decentralised finance (de-fi), while examining their potential implications on intellectual property law.
Celestino regularly contributes to IP journals and blogs, including “SPRINT”, as well as the maximisation of judicial measures for the jurisprudence database “Giurisprudenza Delle Imprese”.
