After graduating from high school, Dario graduated, in 2000, in Law with honors from the University of Milan and then completed his education with a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law (MDPI) at Just Legal Services in 2008.
He is an expert in intellectual and industrial property, advertising law, copyright and unfair competition, he provides legal assistance both in and out of court.
He assists multinational corporations in patent litigation in sectors varying from pharmaceuticals to mechanics. He defends clients in proceedings before the Jury of the Institute of Advertising Self-Regulation (Istituto dell’Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
