Ezio is a qualified lawyer in Italy and the UK. He boasts over twenty-five years of experience in the tax and financial sectors, gained also through his role as a consultant in the so-called ‘Big4’.
During his career, he worked in Milan, Amsterdam and London – the latter where he still resides – and acquired deep knowledge of the international markets in which he operates, routinely managing commercial, legal and tax aspects of M&A, financial transactions and structured finance, with a particular focus on the flows between Italy and the UK.
His expertise is also grounded on a long and significant experience gained as senior investment banker in the structured corporate finance departments of some of the major international banks.
Ezio advises asset managers, financial intermediaries and international corporate groups and predominantly focuses on extraordinary finance, commercial advisory and structuring of cross-border investments.
