Giovanni graduated with a law degree from Bocconi University, with a thesis on bankruptcy law. He later became a lawyer in 2023.
He practised law at a law firm in Milan, dealing with bankruptcy law and civil and corporate litigation.
He currently advises in the areas of banking and finance law; his work is predominantly focused on acquisition and securitisation transactions of different asset classes and structured finance transactions, mainly cross-border.
