A law graduate from Westminster University in London who later obtained a Master of Science (MSc) from Edinburgh. Iolanda completed her university career with a Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University in London.
Iolanda works with the Banking and Finance team in Lexsential’s London office, where she advises clients in corporate law and structured finance.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked for a London-based investment management company.
