Marcello specializes in banking (including private debt), structured finance focusing on NPLs and UTPs securitisations, NPLs and UTPs disposals, distressed transaction, restructuring and related litigation
Marcello graduated magna cum laude in law at the at the “Università Federico II” of Naples.
Marcello is registered to the Milan Bar Association and admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).
