Graduated in Law from the University of Calabria in 2010 and later, in 2012, she obtained a postgraduate diploma from the School of Specialisation for Legal Professions of the Universities of Trento and Verona.
Maria deals with civil, commercial and corporate law, both in and out of court.
She has particular expertise in banking and bankruptcy law and her experience also extends to assisting in litigation before ordinary judicial authorities and administrative and arbitration bodies.
In 2015, she was selected to participate in a roadshow during which she deepened her expertise on organisational models under Legislative Decree No. 231/01, business crisis management, arbitration, mediation and assisted negotiation.
In 2023, she obtained the TOLES (Test of Legal English Skills) certification, higher level, which certifies legal English skills in the area of international transactions and business law in general. It is currently the only internationally recognised Legal English exam that certifies the ability to deal with work, in English, within a law firm and in real legal situations.
