Graduated in Law from the University of Pavia in 2016, Marta started her professional activity in a leading Milanese law firm and joined Lexsential’s team as an associate in 2021.
Marta provides extrajudicial and judicial advice in the areas of civil, commercial and corporate law.
She assists leading national and multinational companies in relation to all aspects of business management:
- drafting and review of agreements;
- extraordinary transactions of national and international relevance;
- corporate governance;
- contractual and extra-contractual liability;
- issues related to company liquidation proceedings.
