Lexsential welcomes Ezio La Rosa who joins the firm as a partner and will strengthen the Banking & Finance area of the firm with particular focus on the London office, where he joins founding partner Mino Pennetta. This brings to 4 the number of partners of Lexsential less than a year from its launch.

Ezio is a highly experienced professional and a leading expert in financial structuring, extraordinary operations and financial instruments with a particular focus on cross-border transactions. He also has a significant expertise in the internationalization of companies and in corporate transactions between Italy and the United Kingdom. He is a lawyer admitted to practise in both Italy and the UK.
