Andrea graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Pavia in February 2020, after a thesis dissertation on the protection of innovation through industrial property rights in the agri-food field.
During his university studies, he participated in the 24th edition (academic year 2016/2017) of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot on international commercial law, as a speaker member of the University of Pavia team, as well as in other national competitions.
He completed his legal training in the Intellectual Property Department of Prof. Franzosi’s firm and was admitted to the legal profession in 2023. In the same year, he took on the role of Teaching Assistant of the Intellectual Property And Competition Law master degree course in English Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology at Bocconi University.
He joins Lexsential in 2024.
Andrea focuses on patent litigation, with particular expertise in the mechanical sector, trademarks, unfair competition and know-how, also before the administrative authorities (UIBM, EUIPO) as well as offering out-of-court advice with particular reference to the communications and advertising sector.
